Hi, I’m Peggy. After a decade of struggling with my weight and inflammatory issues, I found the Paleo diet and began cutting out sugar and grains in 2018. It changed my relationship with food and led to a 15 kg weight loss along with better health and energy.

My passions include researching holistic health, cooking, writing and graphic design. Fast forward to 2023, my health has been transformed not only by eliminating sugars and processed foods but also by incorporating Intermittent Fasting, which has been life-changing.

Food Choices

  1. To focus on carbohydrate restriction we’ll be eliminating high-carb foods, including sugars, grains, starchy veggies, and most fruits.
  2. To compensate for reduced carbs we’ll replace them with an increase of healthy fat intake from avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil, and fatty fish.
