Hi there, I’m Peggy, author of the No Sugar Diet Book.
It’s been a pleasure revising my latest edition of the No Sugar Diet for 2023. I’ve researched and learnt so much more since originally writing the book when I started on my no sugar journey.
By cutting out sugars, most carbs and processed foods, I feel the best I have since high school! Amazing 🙂
Anyway, I’m working on another book sharing my successful journey and case study along the way.

Now, by adding Intermittent Fasting to the healthy Paleo Keto diet it’s made it possible and accelerated the whole process even further. Have lost another 5kg in last 4 months since doing this.
I honestly believe I’ve unlocked the secret to controlling my health and weight without being hungry or starving myself. It wasn’t as difficult as I initially thought, but there is a lot of misinformation out there. I hope to inspire and change the lives of others too!
